Although we put a lot of effort into trying to ensure our products arrive safely, unfortunately mishaps do occur in transit very occasionally. If any customer advises us of breakages, we usually compensate them via issue of a $10 Woolworths e-gift voucher which in most cases more than covers the cost of the broken jars. Alternatively we come to some other arrangement which is to the customer's satisfaction. Please advise how many jars were broken, and we will arrange compensation for you immediately.
