Whilst the product itself is great quality, the delivery is exceptionally poor. This is a consistent problem- not just during COVID. At this quality delivery should either be free delivery with low expectations or you really need to consider finding a new courier. Your current courier regularly takes 8-10 days to deliver a parcel within a 40km radius. They have very poor tracking and communication. Please look into this, your products are good quality but the delivery time frames are really inhibitory.
